Maxwell Duncan is busy encouraging Queenslanders to join him in his efforts to help develop communities in Sri Lanka.  He introduced Neisha De Silva to Break Poverty Cycle this year.  Maxwell's has first hand knowledge of the poverty in Sri Lanka and has been helping children in need since 2000. He is planning to visit Sri Lanka in the near future.  Well done Maxwell!
